Norwich University

Brooks is the first of two Distinguished Letterwinners in this year's Hall of Fame Class. He was a three-year letterwinner with the men's ice hockey team as a standout goaltender. He helped backstop Norwich to the most wins in program history at the time with a 19-10 record as a senior in the 1978-79 season. Brooks helped lead Norwich to the ECAC Western Finals, highlighted by a heroic effort in the championship game before the Cadets eventually bowed out with a 2-1 loss to archrival Middlebury.
