Pat Passalacqua played four sports (football,lacrosse,rifle and track) over his four years at Norwich. In 1968, he was named to the Vermont All-State Collegiate All-Star Team, the WCAX "World of Sports " All Star Football and the ECAC All-East College Football Team. In 1970, he was selected to the UPI New England College Football Team and the ECAC All-East College Football Team.
    He received his bachelor's degree in physical education. On campus, Pat wrote for the Guidon, and was a member of the Rugby Club Team and Varsity Club.
Pat wrote for the Guidon, and was a member of the Rugby Club Team and Varsity Club. Pat taught from 1972-1990 and now is the principal of Ridge Mills Elementary School. In 1996, he was nominated for the Observer Dispatch's Boss of the Year " award. He is a member of numerous academic associations in New York and is the vice president of the Mohawk Valley Astronomical Society. He also served as the assistant varsity football coach at Westmoreland High School for five years and one at Rome Free Academy. Pat is also active in the community, volunteering time with St.Leo's Catholic Church, the Boy Scouts, Rome Science Congress and the Rome Recreation Department. He has also worked with the Mayor's Drug and Awareness Committee as well as the New York State Division of Youth Program. Pat lives with his wife, Charlene in Rome, New York. They have two sons, Patrick and Adam, and a daughter, Allison.
Pat's cousins Dominick and Samuel, are also members of the Hall of Fame.
