Men's Lacrosse: Fleury becomes 33rd Cadet selected to NEILA Senior All-Star Game

NORTHFIELD, Vt. - Norwich University men's lacrosse senior attacker Drew Fleury (Nashua, N.H.) has been selected to compete in the 2026 New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (NEILA) East-West Senior All-Star Game.

Fleury will suit up for the East roster, with the game scheduled for Friday, June 5, at 7:00 p.m. at Trinity College in Hartford, Conn.

The selection adds another postseason honor to a decorated senior campaign for Fleury, who was recently named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) All-Conference First Team after helping lead the Cadets back to the GNAC Semifinals.

Fleury becomes the 33rd Cadet in program history to be selected to the NEILA East-West Senior All-Star Game, joining a Norwich tradition that began with Scott Campbell in 1980.  He is also the sixth Norwich representative this century, joining Darrell Doucette in 2001, Mike Gioia in 2003, Mark Paradiso in 2014, Andrew Bracy in 2015, and Josh Jenkins in 2018.

The senior attacker closed his Norwich career with one of the strongest seasons of his tenure, ranking seventh in the GNAC in both total points with 65 and total goals with 44, while sitting 12th in assists with 21.  He also ranked fifth in the conference in shots with 150 and shots on goal with 88, while adding 48 ground balls and 15 caused turnovers.

Fleury led Norwich in goals and game-winning goals, ranked second on the team in points, assists, and ground balls, and tied for third in caused turnovers.  He recorded at least one point in all 17 games he played, highlighted by a career-best nine-point performance on six goals and three assists in Norwich's critical road win at Dean College last in the regular season.

He finished the year with six outings of at least five points and earned two selections to the NEILA Division III Team of the Week.  Fleury was also named to the GNAC All-Tournament Team alongside sophomore attacker Jake Marcotte (Old Orchard Beach, Maine) after helping lead Norwich to the semifinal round.

Fleury's First Team All-GNAC recognition marked the third-straight All-Conference selection of his career after he collected Third Team honors in both 2024 and 2025.  He also became Norwich's first First Team All-GNAC selection since Mason McMahon '24 earned the honor in 2024.

Norwich concluded the 2026 season with a 9-8 overall record and a 7-4 mark in GNAC play.  In Head Coach Dylan Curry's first season at the helm, the Cadets advanced to the GNAC Semifinals for the first time since 2022 and pushed eventual champion Rivier University in one of the league's most competitive postseason contests.
