WESTFIELD, Mass.- The Norwich University Men's Cross-Country team turned in a strong showing at the James Earley Invitational, hosted by Westfield State, Saturday morning, placing ninth out of 18 teams with a team score of 256 points in the 8K race.

Reigning Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Runner of the Week Seth Varin (Danielson, Conn.) paced the Cadets with another top performance, finishing 18th overall in 27:09.22, besting his time from last week. Freshman Landon Pandolph (Peru, N.Y.) was next across the line in 58^th at 28:45.10, followed by Shea Parish (Barrington, R.I.) at 29:00.98.
