MILTON, Mass. - The Norwich University men's lacrosse team dropped a non-conference game on the road on Saturday afternoon, falling to the Colonels of Curry College by an 18-9 final score. 

A dominant first half, including a 6-0 second quarter, had the Colonels up 10-1 at the break. Despite a stronger effort in the second half, the Cadets couldn't close the gap and fell by the 18-9 final score. 

Ian Kennedy (Gloucester, Mass.) had another big game, leading the team with four goals on the day. Chris Ward (Westfield, Mass.) and Josh Jenkins (Centennial, Colo.) each notched two goals apiece, while Brandon Milburn (Bridgewater, N.J.) made 22 saves in the losing effort between the pipes. 

The Cadets stay on the road for their next matchup, when they travel to Emmanuel College for their first conference game of the year on Wednesday, March 28 at 7:00 PM.
