DANBURY, Conn. – The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) has announced the Corvias ECAC Men's Lacrosse Players of the Week for the week ending April 24 and has named freshman goalie Ian Kriger (Burlington, Mass.) the Division III New England Rookie of the Week.

Kriger, who was also named Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Goalie and Rookie of the Week on Monday, collected a pair of conference wins on the week after posting 24 saves in between the pipes.

Kriger would turn away nine shots against Mount Ida, five at close range, before improving his numbers by collecting 15 saves on 23 shots against Johnson & Wales. The freshman goaltender would also improve his goals-against-average to 7.21 on the week and 9.18 on the year in 14 games.
