PRIOR TO NORWICH: A 2020 graduate of Saranac Lake High School…Played four years of football for the Red Storm for Coach Eric Bennett...Also played competed in outdoor track and field... Named to NYSPHSAA Section 7 Champlain Valley Athletic Conference First Team as a defensive lineman and was a CVAV Second Team selection on the offensive line senior year...Football team crowned as NYSPHSAA Section 7 champions in senior season…Team captain for outdoor track and field for throwers senior year... NYSPHSAA Section 7 champions in outdoor track and field junior season. 

PERSONAL: Son of Geoffrey Sanford and Brianna Knapton and stepmother Nathalie Sanford...Has five siblings; Gabe, Mia, and Landon, Ryan, and Ava...Father played football in college... Majoring in exercise science…Aspires to be a physical or occupational therapist.
