2014: Finished second on the team with a .353 batting average in 23 appearances ... tied for team lead with four doubles and one triple ... kocked in seven RBIs and stole eight bases ... named to GNAC Second Team All-Conference squad.

2013: Emerged as a team leader for the Cadets at second base, played in 27 of the 29 games...second on team in hitting at .293...had a .379 OBP...was second on team with 14 runs scored...delivered a walk-off single vs. Anna Maria that sent Norwich to the playoffs for first time since 2010...named GNAC Rookie of the Week once during 2013.

2010-2011: Was a member of the Norwich University hockey team that made it to the Frozen Four.

BEFORE NORWICH: Was a two-year member of the baseball team and a four-year member of the hockey team in high school...earned all-conference honors in hockey as well as the award for best goaltender...earned a state championship in 2010.

PERSONAL: Son of Timothy and Kathleen Gerich...has two brothers, Jonathan and Neal...is a member of the NU Corps of Cadets...majoring in Criminal Justice.
