WINTHROP, Mass.- The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) announced its weekly award winners for the week ending Sept. 7, Monday afternoon, where they honored junior Cooper Bertrand (Caledon, Ont.) as their Golfer of the Week.

Coming off a sophomore season where he earned Second-Team All-Conference plaudits, Bertrand opened his 2025 season with a bang at the two-day St. Lawrence Invitational. After the first day, he sat in second place at -1, one stroke back of the lead. He finished the tournament +2, remaining second, two strokes behind the medalist.

Bertrand will look to continue his strong season when the Cadets return to the course on Sept. 10 for the annual Tony Mariano Invitational before competing in the Duke Nelson Invitational at Middlebury College over the weekend.
