BOYDS, Md.- Looking to follow up their performance on the national stage last season, the Norwich Men's Rugby team returned to the National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) National 7s Tournament.
The Cadets opened the tournament with a thrilling back and forth 25-21 victory over Northwestern, advancing the Cadets to the Championship Quarterfinals for the fifth consecutive time under head coach Robert Weggler. Marius Edwards where he used his speed to get the edge and continue the quarter finals appearance streak. Edwards, along with
Logan Perry and
Jacob Sherman accounted for the scoring. Â
