MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – In their final non-conference matchup of the season, the Norwich Men's Soccer team travelled to 21^st ranked Middlebury Tuesday afternoon where they were defeated 4-0. 
 
The Panthers came out on the offensive prowl early, striking first in the 11^th minute by Jordan Saint-Louis on their first shot of the game. The Middlebury press continued as Nicolas Lanza (Cocoa Beach, Fla.) made two saves to keep the game at 1-0 at halftime. 
 
Out of the break, the Panthers continued to press, and soon made it a 2-0 game in the 59^th minute. Saint-Louis added another goal 15 minutes later giving him a brace along with an assist on the day. Middlebury added the fourth and final goal soon after in the 76^th minute. 
 
Still seeking their first win of the 2023 season, the Cadets return to Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) play over the weekend when they travel to Albertus Magnus with kickoff set for 4 PM on Sept 16.
