Biography

2016-17: Skated in seven games ... scored first collegiate goal in 4-2 win over Southern Maine (11/4) ... tallied assist in 9-1 win over Daniel Webster College. 

2015-16: Skated in 12 games during freshman campaign ... recorded six shots on goal.   

BEFORE NORWICH: Two-sport star at Kimball Union Academy in hockey and lacrosse ... served as team captain of both teams during his final year ... won New England Prep School small school titles in 2012 and 2014 for hockey, also made Elite 8 appearances in 2013 and 2015 ... won Most Improved Athlete award ... two-time lacrosse league all-star ... served as All-School President, Residential Proctor and was member of Cum Laude Society.  

PERSONAL: Son of John and Donna Beecy ... brother, Eric Beecy '16 played soccer for four seasons at Norwich ... Father, John played football at UNH, graduating in 1984 ... member of Air Force ROTC program at Norwich ... majoring in Nursing.
