Robert Brockley was hired by Norwich University in August 2017 to serve as the program's Defensive Line Coach.

Most recently, Brockley served as an Assistant Coach at Austin Peay State University from 2014 to 2015, developing a tight end group that increased its touchdowns and receptions under his tutelage. Additionally, Brockley coached the defensive line for the Nashville Venom, a Professional Indoor Football League franchise, in the spring of 2014.

In 1996, Brockley earned his coaching start at Siena College, working with the defensive line while facilitating film exchange. He also served as the team’s faculty and academic liaison while with the Saints. Outside of the football field, Brockley has served as a government contractor and a Special Forces Warrant officer, Special Forces Sergeant and an Infantry Squad Leader for the United States Army.

A 1996 graduate of Worcester State College, Brockley was a three-year letterman on a team that secured the school’s first-ever Eastern College Athletic Conference appearance. He would later attain a master’s degree in Sport Management from the American Military University in 2014.
