Michael Magee enters his second season after being named the Offensive Tackles/Tight Ends Coach in August 2021.

Magee comes to Norwich after spending the previous two seasons as the offensive and defensive line coach in Mooresville, N.C. In the role Magee was responsible for the implementation of safety techniques to help ensure the safety of players.

Magee has also had success developing a training and exercise program to meet individual needs as well as team strategies.

Prior to moving to Mooresville, Magee served as the defensive line coach for three years at Island Coast High School in Fort Myers, Fla., where he reviewed game tapes, to assist with the creation and implementation of game plans. Magee played Division I football at the University of Connecticut and University of South Florida.
