Daniel Brady joined the Norwich University Department of Athletics in May 2013 as its Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach, before being named Head Strength and Conditioning Coach in October 2017. 

At Norwich, Brady helps plan and manage the strength and conditioning programs for 20 NCAA varsity sports teams, supervising over 500 student-athlete workouts per week. Alongside his work in the weight room, Brady owns his own business, Summit Strength & Conditioning, dedicated to providing personal training services to individuals, small groups, and sports teams.

Brady has also served as a personal trainer, strength and conditioning and speed coach at several private businesses. From August 2013 to December 2014, Brady was an adjunct professor at Norwich, teaching Advanced Exercise Physiology to students in the Physical Education, Athletic Training and Exercise Science majors.

A 1997 graduate of Rutgers, Brady earned his master's degree in Exercise Science - Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention in 2010 from the California University of Pennsylvania.
