Biography

2018: Made two appearances as a freshman...collegiate debut and first career tackle against Castleton on September 15. 

PRIOR TO NORWICH: Played four years of football at Ligonier Valley High School...also played one year of baseball and track and field...team captain junior and sophomore year...awarded Rookie of the Year award after freshman year...earned the "Iron Ram" award as a four-year starter...team went undefeated and won a conference championship junior year...also won a conference championship on the track and field team during junior year.

PERSONAL: Son of James and Emily Sheeder...has four siblings; Denny, Samuel, Sarah, and William...majoring in Construction Management...member of the Corps of Cadets...aspires to work in construction management in the military.
