BEFORE NORWICH: Ran cross country all four years at Hamilton-Wenham High School... team won state Div. III championship in 2006 and '07... was a four-year member of the wrestling team... earned all-state honors... also played baseball for four years. 

PERSONAL: Son of Bill and Jackie Martin... has a sister, Catherine... is a rook in the Corps of Cadets at NU... majoring in Engineering Management.
