Northfield, Vt. - Coach Scott Caulfield, already known as one of the best strength coaches in the US, is collaborating with Lumin Sports from Australia.  The goal is to "improve and develop Lumin Sports' athlete data visualization and management software, Arc Core," stated today's press release from the company.  This most recent partnership further demonstrates Caulfield's dedication to finding new and innovative ways to help each Norwich Cadet student-athlete reach their full potential.

"I'm excited to partner with the Lumin Sports team to help small colleges and staffs like ours maximize their impact by bringing useful sports science applications where it can make a big impact on athletes' day-to-day physical training and sports practice development. I'm looking forward to implementing this with all of our athletics teams and select specialty companies in our Corps of Cadets to help leaders make better decisions regarding our training and physical preparation," explained Coach Caulfield. 

The goal of the project is to help refine the Arc Core platform and demonstrating how it can be incorporated into settings which can provide critical information so athletes, and coaches, can make data driven decisions to best maximize success rates.  "The data insights Arc Core provides help S&C coaches make timely decisions on athlete output and is a key driving in load management and feedback too," said Caulfield.
