FRANKLIN, MASS- The Norwich University Women's Soccer team came up short Sunday afternoon falling to Dean 3-1 at Grant Field.

Dean opened the scoring in the 11^th minute with a goal by senior Jazzy Sztyler-Magee (Burlington, Conn.). Sztyler-Magee would go on to net a hat trick for the Bulldogs also striking in the 58^th and 65^th minute.

For the Cadets sophomore Antonia Pellon (Pownal, Vt.) scored the lone goal in the 36^th minute which was an equalizer at the time after the ball ricocheted to her off the head of senior Isabel Doherty (Quincy, Mass.). Pellon's goal was on of four shots she tallied as Norwich outshot Dean 15-10 despite the Bulldogs holding a 5-4 edge on shots on goal.
The Cadets return to action Wednesday night at Sabine Field when they host Simmons at 7 PM.
