Tucson, Ariz. – Travis Setere went 3-for-3 with two RBIs and three runs scored to lead Dickinson State University past Norwich 21-5 in collegiate baseball action Thursday, March 15, at the Kino Sports Complex.  

Teammate Derek Carley went 3-for-4 with a double and two runs scored for the Blue Hawks (8-5). Justin Elizondo added a bases-clearing double to the left-center fence in the top of the second inning to account for three of his four RBIs.

Senior Seth Knihtila (Oakmont, Mass./Westminster Regional) threw 3.1 innings of scoreless relief to finish out the game for the Cadets (0-4).  The right-hander struck out five of the 11 batters he faced while walking only one. Junior Ben Kleiner (Cheshire, Mass./Cheshire) took the loss for NU.

Senior third baseman Joe Sleeman (Rochester, N.Y./Greece Athena), senior second baseman Corey Shearer (Montague, Mass./Turner Falls) and freshman outfielder Brandon Place (Concord, N.H./Concord) picked up Norwich's three hits.  

The Cadets play Dickinson State again tomorrow at 10 a.m. local time. NU will then play Calvin at 6 p.m local time.
