Tallent then scored his own power play goal at the 12:24 mark off a feed from freshman F Kyle Thomas.

Norwich poured it on in the third period, scoring four more goals to provide the final margin. Forkey got things going at the 1:02 mark when he netted his team-leading 12th marker of the season off an assist from Bell. Bell then scored his sixth of the year on the power play off a pass from Anderson at the 4:20 mark. Sophomore F Tim Houston potted his third of the year at the 17:11 mark off feeds from Mulvey and Thomas.
