Anderson put Norwich (11-5-3, 9-3-2 ECAC East) on the scoreboard
midway through the first period as he scored a power play goal at
the 8:52 mark. Nikita Kashirsky started the play when he slid the
puck over to Eric Tallent, who ripped a shot from the blue line.
Anderson, who was set up in front of the Williams net, got his
stick on the puck and redirected it past Williams goaltender Ryan
Purdy to put the Cadets on top 1-0. Kashirsky and Tallent picked up
assists on the goal, which was Anderson's seventh of the season.
Norwich outshot Williams 11-2 in the first period, but the
Cadets were unable to add to their lead and they carried a 1-0
advantage into the second frame.
Williams (11-6-2, 9-3-2 NESCAC) had a golden opportunity to tie
the score midway through the second period when Connor Olvany
redirected a shot past Norwich goaltender Ryan Klingensmith.
Luckily for the Cadets, the puck caromed off the right post and
Norwich was able to preserve its one-goal lead.

to convert their chances, while the Ephs continued to be stymied.
Norwich capped the scoring late in the third period when Greg

unassisted goal at the 13:43 mark. Eskedjian, who was moved to
forward last weekend, has scored all three of his goals this season
in the last three games.
The Cadets outshot the Ephs 11-5 in the third period, and never
gave the visitors a chance at a comeback bid. For the game, Norwich
held a commanding 31-15 edge in shots.

0-for-5 on the man advantage.
