NORTHFIELD, Vt. - Chris Prybella and Joe
Moeller each won two individual races in the pool as the Norwich
University men's swimming and diving team lost to Colby College,
134-79, Sunday afternoon at Goodyear Pool.
Prybella set a new Goodyear Pool record in winning the 100-yard
freestyle, touching the wall in 47.18 seconds. The talented senior
then won the 200-yard freestyle with a clocking of 1:51.67.
Moeller, meanwhile, won the 200 IM (2:06.59) and the 200
butterfly (2:06.50). Pete Bue was the only other Cadet to win an
event on Sunday, taking gold in the 200 back with a time of
2:07.85.
Norwich's record dips to 2-4 with the loss.
The Cadets return to action on Saturday, Jan. 17, when they host
Babson at Goodyear Pool.
