NORTHFIELD, Vt. - The Norwich University men's ice hockey team is headed back to the NCAA Tournament, and the Cadets will host Manhattanville in the national quarterfinals on Saturday, March 15, at 7 p.m., at Kreitzberg Arena.

The Cadets received an automatic bid into the field after capturing the ECAC East Tournament championship with an 8-2 defeat of Salem State. The Valiants secured the automatic bid out of the ECAC West after knocking off Elmira, 1-0, in the league's championship game.

The Cadets and Valiants have met once before, when Manhattanville claimed a 3-2 win over Norwich in the finals of the 2004 Times-Argus Invitational.
