NEWTON, Mass. - Jaime Crawford and Brad Caravoulias each netted 19 points, and Jose Guitian scored 17 points and pulled down a game-high 19 rebounds as Lasell knocked off Norwich, 84-64, in a GNAC men's basketball game Thursday evening.

The Lasers (8-7, 5-3 GNAC) outscored the Cadets, 42-32, in both halves en route to the 20-point victory. Lasell shot 53.2 percent from the field for the game, while NU made just 41.3 percent of its field goal attempts. The Lasers held a 38-27 rebounding edge as well.

Norwich (8-7, 4-5 GNAC) was led by Tim Fico, who scored a team-high 12 points. Jermaine Lattimore and Jamel Bedford each added nine points apiece, while Cody Hatt and Jaren Jeffcoat each chipped in with eight points.

Norwich returns to the road on Saturday, as the Cadets travel to Boston, Mass., to take on Suffolk in a GNAC contest. Gametime is scheduled for 3 p.m.
