NORTHFIELD, Vt. - The Norwich volleyball team earned its third straight shutout victory on Saturday afternoon, as the Cadets blanked Castleton State, 3-0, at Andrews Hall. For the third straight time, Norwich dominated its opponent, winning by scores of 30-15, 30-11 and 30-21.

Norwich (3-0) was led by Ami Fuller, who posted seven kills and five service aces. Alicia Chamness chipped in with seven kills and eight digs, while Kelsey Breitfeld recorded a team-high nine digs.

For the second straight match, Molly Rice led NU in assists, tallying 13 helpers. The freshman also served up a team-best six aces.

The Cadets return to the court later today when they battle Green Mountain.
