NORTHFIELD, Vt. - Ben Courtney, Joe
Moeller, Matt Beaugh and Chris Prybella all produced a pair of wins
in the pool to lead the Norwich men's swimming and diving team
past visiting Colby-Sawyer, 189-103, at Plumley Armory.
Courtney took first in the 50-yard backstroke (26.78) and the
100-yard backstroke (49.83). Moeller took first in the 1,000-yard
freestyle (11:06.26) and the 500-yard freestyle (5:19.40). Beaugh
placed first in the 50-yard breaststroke (30.11) and the 100-yard
breaststroke (1:07.40). Prybella, meanwhile, touched the wall first
in both the 50-yard freestyle (22.24) and 100-yard freestyle
(49.85).
Kyle Kenia accounted for the Cadets' other victory in the pool,
winning the 200-yard freestyle with a clocking of 1:54.92.
The Norwich men's swimming and diving teams return to action on
Saturday, Nov. 3, when the Cadets host Postdam at 1 p.m.
