Tailor Chapin enters her third season as an assistant coach of the women's lacrosse team in 2025.
Chapin recently aided the Cadets to a 10-6 season and a 7-4 mark in Great Northeast Athletic Conference action in 2024, steering Norwich to its first GNAC Tournament victory in 10 seasons after a 10-8 win on the road at Simmons. The Cadets were honored with seven GNAC All-Conference recipients, including a pair of GNAC All-Conference Second Team honorees in Caitlyn Fielder '27 and Celine Juneau '24.
Chapin was a four-year player at New England College, starting in 66 games. A forceful offensive threat, Chapin rattled off 64 goals and dished out 47 assists for 111 points over her four years. She also generated 100 caused turnovers and claimed 58 draw controls.
Chapin was a NECC All-Conference Second Team recipient in 2018 and 2019 in women's lacrosse.Â
