PJ Arcuri joined the Norwich Football staff ahead of the 2024 season.
With a dynamic career spanning various coaching roles, Arcuri has demonstrated a profound ability to develop and mentor athletes at all levels. Before joining Norwich, he made a significant impact at the University of New England (UNE) during the 2023 season, where he served as the Outside Linebackers Coach. His coaching prowess was evident as he guided Dylan Ibbitson to achieve Second Team All-Conference honors as an outside linebacker.
His coaching journey includes a significant tenure at Wagner College from 2020 to 2023, where he honed his skills by coaching Defensive Backs (DBs) and Linebackers (LBs). His tenure at Wagner was marked by developing a resilient and competitive defensive unit. Before his stint at Wagner, PJ was integral in shaping the athletic and personal growth of student-athletes at Tilton School in 2019, where he served as the LBs and RBs Coach. His ability to coach on both sides of the ball, focusing on linebackers and running backs, showcases his versatility and deep understanding of football.
Arcuri's educational achievements complement his coaching career. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Plymouth State in 2020. Furthering his education, he obtained a master’s degree from Wagner in 2022.
