Norwich University football has added Jackson Latimer to the coaching staff as the program’s Quarterbacks Coach and Pass Game Coordinator ahead of the 2025 season.
Latimer arrives in Northfield following a stint at NCAA Division II Lake Erie College (Ohio), where he began as the Tight Ends Coach before being promoted to Running Backs Coach and Recruiting Coordinator. In these roles, he played a key part in offensive development and oversaw all aspects of the program’s recruiting efforts.
Prior to Lake Erie, Latimer spent the 2023 season at Endicott College as the Wide Receivers Coach. While there, he mentored Shane Alyward, the program’s all-time leader in receiving yards, and helped guide the Gulls to a Commonwealth Coast Conference Championship and an NCAA Division III playoff berth. The team climbed as high as No. 14 in the national polls and posted a marquee win over then-No. 5 Hardin-Simmons before falling to eventual national champion SUNY Cortland in the first round.
Latimer also served on staff at Massachusetts Maritime Academy from 2021 to 2023. He coached the wide receivers both seasons and was promoted in 2022 to Pass Game Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator. During his time with the Buccaneers, he developed 2nd Team All-MASCAC wide receiver Andrew Brightman and led all facets of the team’s passing attack and recruiting operations.
A 2021 graduate of Saint Anselm College, Latimer was a four-year member of the Hawks football team, playing tight end. He earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing.
Originally from Topsfield, Massachusetts, Latimer brings a strong offensive pedigree and regional recruiting experience to the Cadets.
