Norwich University football welcomes J.T. Hiscoe as the program’s Wide Receivers Coach ahead of the 2025 season, bringing with him a proven track record of offensive development and record-setting production.
Hiscoe most recently spent three seasons (2022–2025) as the Wide Receivers Coach at Franklin Pierce University, where he played a pivotal role in building one of the most explosive passing attacks in the Northeast-10 Conference. In 2022, he helped lead the Ravens to their first NCAA Division II wins in program history. The following season, Franklin Pierce set a new single-season wins record, with the receiving corps establishing program records for catches, yards, and touchdowns. The group also produced a First Team All-Conference wide receiver and the NE10 Rookie of the Year.
The 2024 season brought even greater success, as Franklin Pierce once again set a single-season wins mark, led the NE10 in total and passing offense, and ranked ninth nationally in passing offense and 20th in total offense. Hiscoe’s receivers shattered both single-season and career program records, while two earned First Team All-Conference honors.
Before his time at Franklin Pierce, Hiscoe served as the Offensive Coordinator at Milford Academy (N.Y.) in 2021, where he developed eight future FBS/FCS athletes and nine NCAA Division II athletes.
A native of Massachusetts, Hiscoe played both Division II football and baseball at American International College, serving as a quarterback for the football team and a pitcher for the baseball program.
