Hayden Roberge begins his first season as an assistant coach with the Norwich baseball program in 2026.
A 2018 graduate of U-32 High School, Roberge attended Norwich University from 2018 to 23, majoring in Physical Education and Exercise Science. He was a five-year member of the Cadets baseball program and served as a team captain for his final two seasons. Roberge earned All-Conference honors twice during his career (2021, 2023).
Following his time at Norwich, Roberge transferred to Post University, where he completed his master’s degree in Education and continued his playing career at the NCAA Division II level. He was part of the Eagles’ 2024 team that won the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) championship and advanced to regional play, though he was sidelined that season due to injury. In 2025, Roberge started all 51 games while playing multiple positions, earning Post’s Comeback Athlete of the Year award. He also received the Rob Roman Award, which recognizes an athlete who exemplifies character, commitment to university values, and an infectious team-first spirit.
In addition to his coaching role at Norwich, Roberge is currently a physical education teacher at U-32 and has signed to play professionally with the Carolina Yankees of the Southern Empire Baseball League, with the season set to begin in May.
