Norwich University

Dakota Garrow joins the Norwich University men’s soccer program as a volunteer assistant coach prior to the 2025 season, bringing a diverse athletic and coaching background rooted in Vermont.

Garrow played two seasons as an outside back for the Vermont State Castleton men’s soccer team and has spent the past four years coaching at U-32 High School. In addition to his soccer experience, he is also a full-time physical education teacher within the U-32 school system, where he supports the development of student-athletes across multiple disciplines.

A former track athlete at Castleton, Garrow also competes in powerlifting and has earned multiple accolades in the sport. He is the current deadlift and bench press record holder for the Vermont/New Hampshire/New York region and is a state, regional, and national champion in the 75kg weight class.
