Amerlin Nemeye '22 enters his second season as a volunteer assistant coach for the men's soccer team in 2024.
Nemeye, originally from Burlington, Vermont, brings a rich soccer background and local insight to the Cadets' coaching staff.
During his collegiate career, Nemeye was a standout player at Norwich, where he consistently demonstrated his skills and leadership on the field. As a four-year starter, he made a significant mark on the program, finishing fifth in career points with a total of 107 and becoming the all-time leader in assists with 33. His on-field achievements earned him numerous accolades, including First Team All-GNAC honors in 2019 and 2021 and second-team honors in 2018 and 2022. Additionally, he was recognized on a larger stage with selections to the United Soccer Coaches All-New England Third Team in 2019, 2021, and 2022.
Following his collegiate career, Nemeye continued to pursue his passion for soccer by joining Vermont Green FC in 2023.
