Biography

2014: Started nine of her 11 appearances in net for the Cadets...totaled 588:35 minutes in net...totaled 67 saves and allowed 83 goals on the season to post a .447 save percentage and an 8.46 goals-against average...earned her first start and recorded nine saves in the season-opener against St. Joseph's (ME) (3/22)...recorded seven saves in Norwich's 12-3 win against Simmons (4/1)...played all 120 minutes of the Norwich postseason and totaled 11 saves over two games...scooped up 23 ground balls on the season...named a GNAC All-Conference First Team selection. 

BEFORE NORWICH: 2010 graduate of Lane Tech College Prep HS...played three years of lacrosse and four years of ice hockey for the Indians...played lacrosse for coach Amanda Malstrom. 

PERSONAL: Born on December 23 1991...daughter of Charles and Vicki Okubo...has three siblings: Emily, Charles, and Ben...majoring in physical education with a minor in sports medicine.
