Matt Cetin concluded his fourth season as the head coach of the softball team in 2024.

Cetin oversaw Madison DeCota '27 make history, becoming the first GNAC Rookie of the Year for Norwich since 2002 and the first major award winner since 2006.

Before becoming head coach, Cetin served as an assistant with the Cadets for two seasons.

In 2020, NU started out 6-2, which was the best start to a season since 2003.
