Norwich University

Craig Billings concluded his second season as the head coach of the Norwich University softball program in 2020. He previously served as the assistant coach for two seasons under Mike Kemp and Julie Craig.

Billings has guided Norwich to a 20-17 overall record and one GNAC Tournament appearance in his two seasons as the head coach. NU was off to its best start since 2003 to start the 2020 season with a 6-2 record before the remainder of the season was cancelled due to COVID-19 concern. 

Billings has coached one GNAC All-Conference selection in Naomi Rinaldo, who was named to the GNAC All-Conference Third Team in 2019. He also tutored the 2019 GNAC Woman of the Year in Emily Oliver '19, who was also named a CoSIDA Academic Third Team All-American. 

Billings also serves as an assistant commandant for the Corps of Cadets at Norwich University.
