"We are lucky to have Mike join our team as an assistant coach. Not only did Mike run for a competitive D1 college team he has an extensive background in exercise science and physical therapy with most of his academic research relating to sports and running in particular." Head Coach Nick Cooper said, "Mike's best trait beyond his academic background is that he knows what it takes to be a great student-athlete and he likes to win. Our college teams competed against each other in the Missouri Valley Conference and now it will be fun to get to work together on the same team."
