2016-17: Recorded a 5-9 record for Norwich as a freshman, recording 23 escapes and 19 takedowns...Won his first career match at the Ithaca Invitational on Nov. 4, a 4-2 sudden-victory win over Ithaca's Tyler Edwards...Went on to edge RIT's Coty Lutz by major decision in the very next match...Ended the Ithaca Invitational with three wins, defeating Ithaca's Jawan Jones by a 10-3 decision.

PRIOR TO NORWICH: 2016 graduate of Central Catholic HS...Was a member of the wrestling team for the Raiders...Posted a 155-20 record in high school that includes a dominant 42-2 mark as a senior...Was a team captain and earned the 2016 MVC Most Valuable Player...Was a two-time Boston Herald and Boston Globe All-Scholastic...Was also named Boston Herald Division II Wrestler of the Year in 2016...Was a two-time State Champion (2015, 2016) and was an All-State Finalist in 2014 and 2016...A two-time Lowell Holiday Finalist (2014, 2015), winning the championship...A four-time Sectional Finalist, winning the championship on three occasions.
