2012-13: GNAC finalist in the 500 Freestyle, 400 Medley Relay and the 1650 freestyle...Qualified and finaled at the New England Championships in both the 1000 and 1650 Free.

2011-12: GNAC finalist in the 1000 Free and 400 Medley Relay.

2010-11: GNAC finalist in 1650 Free, 200 Free Relay, and 800 Free Relay. Qualified for New England Championships in the 1650 Free, was a finalist in the 200 Free Relay, 400 Free Relay, and 800 Free Relay. 

BEFORE NORWICH: Starred at Plainville High School before arrival at Norwich … three-year letterwinner and captain of girls’ squad during senior year as a prep … also was all-academic in track and swimming three times.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Michael and Henrietta Sabel … cousin, Lindsay, played soccer at Yale … majoring in Architecture
