2016-17: Finished 26th at the GNAC Championships as Norwich won its second-straight GNAC title … contributed as the men’s team earn their first-ever team honor from the USTFCCCA.

Before Norwich: 2016 graduate of Glens Falls High School … competed in three seasons of track … spent one season on wrestling squad.

Personal: Is a Corporal in the Corps of Cadets … majoring in Political Science … son of Chad and Keri St. John.
