NORTHFIELD, Vt. – The Norwich University men's and women's ice hockey programs will officially kick off the 2025-26 season with a Preseason Launch Party on Saturday, October 11, at 3:45 p.m. inside Kreitzberg Arena. The event is free and open to the public.

Fans are invited to get a first look at both Cadet squads as they take the ice for an intrasquad scrimmage, followed by a meet and greet with student-athletes and coaches from both teams. The afternoon will also feature snack bar sampling from the newly re-imagined Sodexo Snack Bar and a chance to experience the latest arena upgrades before the season begins.

The launch party continues a proud Norwich tradition of excellence on and off the ice, as both programs prepare for the inaugural season of Little East Conference (LEC) action under new head coaches Justin Simpson and Dominick Dawes '04.
