MYRTLE BEACH, S.C.- In the penultimate twin bill of their spring break trip, the Norwich Softball team took on Misericordia and Penn College on Thursday.

In game one, Misericordia jumped ahead in the top of the first and never looked back. The Wildcats of Penn College opened game two the same way with three runs in the first two innings, with the Cadets responding in the top of the fourth. Madsion DeCota (Strafford, N.H.) singled to lead off the inning and was eventually driven in by Kennedy White (Randolph Center, Vt.).

Norwich will conclude their spring break trip with two more games on Friday against Penn State Abbington and Penn State Schuylkill.
