POTSDAM, N.Y. - Felicia Jones was a
double-winner in the pool, and two other Cadet swimmers won events,
but it was not enough as the Norwich University women's swimming
and diving team fell to SUNY Potsdam, 77-55, on Saturday.
Jones won both the 50-yard freestyle (28.53 seconds) and the 100
back (1:15.25) to lead the Cadets (0-1).
Janice Knoop was victorious in the 100 fly (1:13.72) and Molly
Andreo won the 100 free (1:16.74) to round out NU's list of winners
on the day.
The Norwich women's swimming and diving team returns to action
on Saturday, Nov. 15, when the Cadets travel to New London, N.H.,
to take on Colby-Sawyer College.
