NEW LONDON, N.H. - Felicia Jones and Janice
Knoop each won swimming events, but the Norwich University women's
swimming and diving team lost to Colby-Sawyer, 132-36, on Saturday.
Jones won the 50-yard freestyle for the second straight meet,
clocking a season-best time of 28.06 seconds. .
Knoop, meanwhile, won the 100-yard freestyle with a time of
1:05.13.
Norwich lifts the lid on its 2008-09 home schedule when the
Cadets host St. Michael's College on Wednesday, Nov. 19, at
Goodyear Pool.
