2012: One of two members of the team to appear in all 24 matches...finished the season second in total kills with 113..averaged 1.55 kills per set...led the team in blocks with 30, including a team-high 14 solo blocks...posted season-highs in kills (12) and blocks (six) against Maine Maritime (9/30)...also added four blocks against Mt. Ida (10/15).
2011: Saw action in 19 matches and 49 games as a junior...totaled 39 kills to aid the Cadets offensively...totaled 20 digs and eight blocks, including four solo blocks on defense.
2010: Played in 30 matches as a sophomore...racked up 73 kills to go with 20 assists...ranked third on the team with 39 total blocks...chipped in 27 digs...selected to the GNAC All-Sportsmanship team following the season.
2009: Saw action in 18 matches... had 18 kills and ranked fourth on the team with a .184 hitting percentage... third on the squad in total blocks with 23.
BEFORE NORWICH: Played two years of varsity volleyball at John S. Burke Catholic High School...also played four years of lacrosse and three of basketball.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Edward and MaryBeth Meany...has two sisters, Alison and Lauren, and a brother Edward...made dean's list in high school...member of the National Honor Society...recieved the "Perfect Attendance" award in high school...is in the Navy ROTC program...member of the Student Nurses Association...majoring in Nursing.
