Wrestling: Two Norwich Wrestlers Earn Scholar All-America Honors
Two members of the Norwich wrestling team were named Scholar All-Americans, it was announced this week. Senior Connor Keating and junior Clayton Brittingham earned the honor, becoming just the 16th and 17th Norwich wrestlers to ever earn the accolades.

Ally Daniels scored four goals, and Dawn McNulty and Jillian Balasco each added one goal apiece as the Norwich University women’s lacrosse team dropped a 10-6 decision to American International College in the team’s season opener Saturday afternoon.

The Norwich University wrestling team placed continued its excellence in the classroom this season, as the Cadets currently rank sixth in the New England Wrestling Conference with a team grade-point average (GPA) of 2.73.

Connor Keating placed runner-up at 157 pounds, and Jordan Ferguson finished fourth at 184 pounds to lead the Norwich University wrestling team to a sixth-place finish at the All-Academy Championships on Saturday.

Wrestling: The End Of An Era; Cadets Close Out Final Home Slate On Saturday
The Norwich University wrestling program is being discontinued after this season, marking the end of what was a very successful era of wrestling at the school. This Saturday, the Cadets are hosting four other schools in a four-way meet. It will mark the final home competition for the school’s wrestling program.
