BEFORE NORWICH: Played four years of varsity baseball at Lewiston High school ... also was a four-year member of the football and swim teams ... served as a team captain on both the baseball and swimming squads ... played three years of American Legion baseball ... Gayton Post team was state runners-up.

PERSONAL: Son of Jeff and Gilda Dyke ... great uncle Joe Dyke is in the Maine Baseball Hall of Fame ... is a 2nd Lt. in the NU Corps of Cadets ... majoring in Criminal Justice.
